Ok, before we start the song, I don't know how many of you speak English, it' s not obligatory at all but, I really should be able to speak italian but I never got the option at school and I' m learning on the job, so If you give me a few years I promise I ll be up to speak to you in italian. Ok,so I ve been doing some interviews recently in Italy for this concert and for my record and time and time again a journalist has brought up a question about equal rights and homophobia within our countries and I've been asked what is my opinion on the poor state of equal rights for gay, lesbian, transgender people here in Italy, and I know this is gonna piss off a lot of a hell of you that are not from that type of the community, but for you who you are and struggling and having shit every day of your life since you were eleven or twelve, since you knew you were something different and you wanted to be yourself, just to be yourself and to believe in "live and let live", that we can be ourselves and we don't wanna judge anyone else, we just wanna be ourselves when we walk down the street, when we kiss the person that we love. And we don't want no shit for that. That's a problem here. And pride is a big thing. Take pride of yourself, be yourself, be happy, fuck the law, kiss and love whoever the fuck you want and if some motherfucker ever tries to bring you down for that, you come to me, ok? And I'll fucking beat that for you, right, with my music and my biggest heart because nobody should be going through this shit and every fucking law, no matter what the religion, no matter what the government, no matter what the president, no matter what the fucking Pope does, ok? No matter what he believes in, you believe in yourself and you believe in your heart. And this song is for all of you, and this is for all of you that don't understand just yet.
